High‑Performance Gantry‑Style CNC Cutting Machine
KC‑4000 is a robust large‑scale gantry cutting device. The full machine frame goes through stress‑removal treatment, granting it high mechanical strength, firm structural rigidity, great wear resistance and steady running status. It allows installation of various sophisticated cutting components. Operators may configure oxy‑fuel cutting torches (dedicated torch for 300 mm thick plates), plasma cutting heads, straight‑cutting tools or part‑production fixtures in any combination matching project demands.
Horizontal cross direction adopts linear guide assemblies. Longitudinal guide rails are precision ground and available in 24 kg, 38 kg and 43 kg types, ensuring fine machining accuracy, long working life and smooth machine travel.
Power transmission is completed by Japan servo motors and drive modules, realizing wide speed adjustment scope and short acceleration duration.
It is controlled by premium industrial F2500 CNC controller, furnished with a 15‑inch large display, showing stable operation and powerful anti‑disturbance performance.

Memorandum: Cutting processes covering CNC plasma cutting, oxy‑fuel cutting and straight cutting can be modified and customized in line with buyer’s actual requirements.
